PERSONAL WEALTH MASTERCLASS
Terms & Conditions
Registration is not open. This notice will be completed with the organiser's business details and actual service arrangements before launch.
1. Intended audience
The Personal Wealth Masterclass is designed for salaried professionals aged 28–48 earning above ₹75,000 per month. It includes beginners and people already saving and investing. A self-declared fit check asks about openness to considering paid guidance; this is not an obligation to buy.
2. Free attendance and optional offers
Registration for the advertised masterclass will be free — ₹0 — without payment details. A paid learning programme may be introduced. Any purchase is optional and governed by separately disclosed prices, scope, and terms. Webinar registration does not enrol you in a paid programme or recurring subscription.
3. Educational scope
The masterclass offers general financial education. It does not include individual portfolio management, trade execution, or personalised investment recommendations. Assess information independently and seek appropriate professional advice where your circumstances require it.
4. Financial risk and outcomes
Investment returns, passive income, continuous income growth, capital protection, financial freedom, and particular results are not guaranteed. Investments may lose value and income may vary or stop. Outcomes depend on circumstances, capital, time, decisions, effort, costs, taxes, and market conditions.
5. Event access
The next session date and time are not yet configured and no seat is currently reserved through this page. The planned session will be live online on Zoom and last 90 minutes. Confirmed joining instructions, genuine registration deadlines, and any changes will be communicated to registered participants. A replay is not promised.
6. Resources and third-party tools
Only resources confirmed on the registration page will form part of the offer. Resource access periods, delivery commitments, external accounts, and unavoidable charges will be disclosed before registration opens. AI outputs can be inaccurate; verify them and do not submit sensitive financial information. A skill-based side project involves active work and may not produce income.
7. Conduct, privacy, and recording
Treat other participants respectfully. Do not share spam, misleading financial offers, harassment, private information, or requests for account access. WhatsApp group membership is optional. Recording or publicly streaming the webinar requires permission. Registration alone does not authorise use of your image, voice, or words in advertising.
8. Operator and applicable law
Operator identity, correspondence address, support and grievance contacts, recording practice, and the effective date will be confirmed before launch. These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India without restricting rights to approach a competent court, consumer forum, or authority. This draft does not remove statutory rights or obligations applicable to the services actually delivered.
